The current movement within the United States to ban books from shelves is unprecedented in scope. Simon & Schuster stands against censorship in all its forms and supports librarians, educators and booksellers who work to defend and expand access to books for all. Never has the fight to protect the freedom to read been more urgent or more critical. We stand with and support organizations including NCAC, ABFE, PEN America and the ALA in their efforts.
